Winter Skincare: Simple Ways to Stay Glowing ❄️

Start with gentle cleansing. Swap harsh or foaming cleansers for something creamy and hydrating to protect your skin barrier. Follow with a richer moisturiser than you’d use in summer — think nourishing, not heavy — to lock in hydration.
Don’t forget your lips. They have no oil glands, so they dry out fast. Use a balm regularly, especially before bed, and avoid licking them (tempting, but drying!).
Your hands also need extra love. Wash with lukewarm water, moisturise after every wash, and keep a hand cream in your bag for top-ups on the go.
Finally, remember SPF. The sun doesn’t disappear in winter, and your skin still needs protection.
